Looking to keep their hopes for their first break even season alive, the Os were optimistic heading into their game against the Phenoms. Although the Os had allowed 76 points in the teams' last meeting, the Os were hoping that a weekend Vegas run in honor of the Giant would give them the fuel they needed for the upset.

The game got off to a great start, with the Os taking a 2-0 lead. However, several bad passes led to easy scores for the Phenoms. Things went from bad to worse when Steve-O, already playing on a sliced toe, suffered an ankle injury. With 6 healthy players remaining, the Os limped into halftime trailing 34-16.

Showing the heart and determination of a champion, the Os bounced back in the second half. Good ball movement and nice shooting led to a rally. Behind 3 3-pointers by Buckets, and another one by Lil' Joe, the Os went on a 14-4 run to open the half and cut the lead to 38-30. Unfortunately, the Os could not hang on to the momentum and lost the game down the stretch.

Mr. Smooth (6 points, 7 rebounds) and Roster Guard (10 points, 5 rebounds) had solid games. Lil' Joe dished out 3 assists to help fuel the O-fense. All the Os contributed to filling the Steve-O void, with every player pulling in at least 2 rebounds. Had he played the whole game, Steve-O was on pace to pull in about 15 rebounds and have 15 steals. However, the O of the game and taking home the Ophy was Buckets, whose 3 three pointers led the great Os rally in the second half.
