A monumental day for the Os. After conquering online media on www.osbasketball.com, the Os made their first venture into print media, a feature in the Ventura County Star. Perhaps the Os were too busy reading their press clippings to play a good game. Only 6 Os showed for the game, and it made a difference.

The Os got off to a good start, taking an early lead in the first half. They even managed to hold an 18-16 edge at the break. However, the 6 man squad seemed to wear down as the game progressed. The Os were just not able to hit enough shots down the stretch to pull out the game.

In the tightest Ophy voting ever, Duggo managed to take home the trophy with his 3 points, 4 rebounds and 4 steals and the general feeling that he was all over the court. Every other O received at least one vote, a first in Os history. Big D hit a great spinning shot. Mr. Smooth hit a couple outside shots. Roster Guard had almost half of the Os points (but did not score 20). E-Bomb and Steve-O were solid inside with 11 and 7 rebounds respectively.
