Looking for their first three game winning streak ever, the Os came up just inches short. The Os got off to a great start, playing some wicked-cool O-D. By halftime, they had allowed only 6 points (likely an O record) and held a 6 point lead.

However, Hi-Temp made a rally in the second half. As an aside, Hi-Temp had cool homemade Sharpie jerseys, reminiscent of the early days of the Os. The game went back and forth through much of the final minutes, with Hi-Temp holding a slight edge at the end. Roster Guard/The Neil/Shaq O’Neil managed to barely get open to try a game tying 3 pointer at the buzzer. It seemed to hang in the air for an eternity with the outcome of the game on the line. Unfortunately, it went just off the back of the rim and bounced out, dropping the Os to 0.500 and out of first place.

O-phy voting came down to a dramatic finale. Sasha made a nice showing, securing votes for her impressive orange outfit. However, at the end of the day, it came down to Roster Guard/The Neil/Shaq O’Neil versus E-Bomb, both with 5 votes. Although Roster Guard/The Neil/Shaq O’Neil had 14 points and 5 rebounds, E-Bomb took the award in the tiebreaker with his 8 points, 4 rebounds, and difference making play on the inside.
